Every year we support a number charities and organisations through the provision of office furniture and equipment.

Over the years, we’ve been privileged to support a range of charities that are close to our hearts and those of our customers. Each charity is carefully selected to maximise the benefit of the furniture provided and used to improve the lives of those in their communities.

    Training Centre Relocation

Serco deliver services on behalf of Central Government and a range of public sector bodies employing over 30,000 people in the UK.
As part of relocating their training centres, Ecooffice were approached to clear unwanted, damaged and redundant furniture.

As a company their culture is one of care, not only for the services they provide, but also for the communities they serve and the environment they operate in. They aim to make a positive difference to people’s lives and build a culture of environmental stewardship.

The clearance included emptying a number of bedrooms as well as unwanted canteen items.

For this project we teamed up with the Compass Project in Bristol; a charity focused on helping people suffering from mental health issues.

From the clearance we were able to restore and refurbish much of the furniture and provide over 40 complete bedroom suites – including bed, wardrobe table and drawers – ready to either be sold to provide essential funds or be delivered direct to someone in need.

Thanks for this, it is important to me things like this don’t go to waste.
